HELP!
Is there a computer email expert out there who can help in my trial?
On Thursday Paul Chabot testified in court that I pushed him into a wall in order to get into the meeting of the Inland Valley Drug Free Community Coalition. In order to support that lie, Mr. Chabot has indeed weaved a tangle web.
Part of his tangled web was to deny that an email that I received, which was introduced into evidence in court, was from the Inland Valley Drug Free Community Coalition. The email stated they hoped I can make the meeting and attached a meeting notice flyer. He implied the email was a fabrication created by me for some nefarious purpose which he did not name.
I have in my possession the extended email header which I believe contains the necessary information to show where the email came from. However I am a nurse and not a computer professional. I do not have the credentials to explain to a jury how this extended email header provides the information that shows the email could not have been fabricated by me and had to come from the Chabot’s computer.
If anyone can help me, please call me ASAP at either 951-782-9898 or 760-799-2055.
The trial will continue on Monday, September 22 beginning at 9 a.m. The prosecution will have IVDFCC volunteer Mark Bradley on the stand. You have to see Mr. Bradley to believe him – I won’t say he’s indescribable – I just don’t think I should. It is possible the prosecution may have another witness, but they also might not. If they don’t, then we will put on the stand our first witness Marty Victor, who was with me the night we found out just how terrified anti-harm reduction drug warriors are of us.
It is possible my testimony may start that day, but it will most likely be on Tuesday. I believe the jury is finding this trial to be of more than passing interest and you will too if you can make it on down. And down is in courtroom R-10 at the Rancho Cucamonga Court House, 8303 Haven Ave., in Ranch Cucamonga 91730. Click here for a map.
PARTY TIME!!!!!
The last fundraiser for the JoAnn and Rich McCabe defense fund was such a hoot, never mind smashing financial success, that we’re doing it again and it’s back at the FABULOUS Castle Inn, just west of the middle of nowhere near Landers.
This time it’s going to be a Mexican fiesta and will be held on Saturday, September 27 at 4 p.m. As before, it is to raise defense funds for a great grandmother and grandfather who were arrested, handcuffed and jailed by San Bernardino County Sheriff Officers for possessing and cultivating marijuana even though they are legal patients under California law and are allowed to possess and cultivate for medical use.
So along with their friends, medical marijuana patients and supporters, JoAnn and Rich are once again working to raise money by throwing the best party this side of the 29 Palms Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center. Besides the incredible ambiance of the Castle Inn, the party will have great local music plus an all-you-can-eat Mexican buffet. Tickets are just $15 – what a bargain and all money raised will be used to keep JoAnn and Rich out of jail and defend the rights of medical marijuana patients to use their medicine in peace. So if you want to add an extra $5 or more dollars to the ticket price, you go right ahead and feel good for doing so.
You can purchase your tickets online by going to our website, www.marijuananews.org and click on the DONATE HERE button. Or you can go right to the source and call JoAnn and Rich at 760-364-4327 and get your tickets direct from them. What a great way to show your support!!!
Put Saturday, September 27 at 4 p.m. on your calendar right now and then make your plans for a great time at the Castle Inn, 1388 N. Golden Slipper, Landers CA 92285.
